The more i think about it the more i know that i don't really care if you follow this blog or not...i mean to me it doesn't matter :P. OK now that that's outta the way i can begin. I think I'm going to start by talking about a little known airport near and dear to my heart then go on to a place of some sort....
~Aberdeen Regional Airport is the one and only airport that we go to unless we drive to a direct airport which also happens a lot. Its a one gate airport with no major flights just connecting flights to bigger airports. There's been plenty of times where this airport was said to be useless, and to some point i will agree, whats the point of having an airport when the main thing flying out of it is crop dusters? But no really its a wonderful airport if you looking for something quick and don't really care about the price its great. the price for a ticket out is a little costly that's where the debate of people come from. some people say its great and we need to keep it with the flight schedule we have and some people want to cut it down in hopes of lowering the prices. i for one couldn't care as long as i don't get stuck on one of those little hopper planes that only go up so high and you need ear plugs for I'm good. I can remember being a little kid and sitting at the old cafe that used to be there now they've turned it into some stupid gas station a half mile from the airport and are still calling it the airport lounge, like whatever you need to be right there to be called the airport lounge. Me and my dad would sit there and eat burgers, before i was old enough to go to school, and watch the planes come in and out for hours it was great. So in a lot of ways this is an airport near and dear to my heart. Now onto something other people who have no desire to travel to south Dakota might care about.
~The Florida Keys are a little piece of Paradise right off the tip of Florida (Hints the name) its one of my families favorite places to go on vacation...but that's probably because we have places to stay down there for free, anyway the Florida keys are an exciting tourist trap. They draw in 3,807,800 day trippers, overnight visitors, and cruise ship passengers yearly (statistics from 2010.) Known as the southern most point and the place where the overseas highway or highway one ends officially capping off the united states. Many people go for their beautiful beaches or their warm sunny climate great for snowbirds like our family. There's so much more to the keys then just Ernest Hemingway, Jimmy Buffett, The half shell Raw Bar, and Duvall street. There's hidden treasures wherever you look in the Islands. This is one of them 620 Greene St. called European Village Care, its a little known place a short walk from the water. There food was amazing they had a lot of different things and it was all served well, along with the main dining area being out on a patio surrounded by coy ponds and such. Most of the time what your looking for is just around the corner in this cozy beach town. I can't even begin to explain the wonder that is Key West. I like most people like warm weather, sun tans (even though right now I'm sporting a burn), and people watching there's some great places to do that. Smathers Beach, home to white sand beaches, tanned up people and wonderful waters, this is the place to be if your into wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or windsurfing. Yes you can do them all in one day for a very fair amount. The place to go is sunset rentals. don't just rent for one hour get an all day beach pass. You show up they give you wrist bands and for the rest of the day all the equipment is yours to play with. Our family also got on a parasailing boat, which is something i would recommend to anyone. Its so great you get a view of the beach and even the whole island without really being that high up. You can also book a parasailing adventure thought them. That's all for now and like i said this is all from my point of view not an adults.
